About Chantelle
Chantelle Iacone is a dedicated and seasoned special education professional with
nearly two decades of experience supporting diverse learners through individualized
instruction, evidencebased practices, and strong school partnerships. Her career spans
multiple locations, including teaching roles in Nassau, Bahamas and New Jersey, giving
her a broad perspective on diverse educational systems and student needs.
For the past eight years, she has served multiple roles at Miami Dade County’s largest
K–8 school, including Special Education Teacher and, most recently, Special Education
Program Specialist. In these positions, she has developed deep expertise in IEP
development, literacy intervention, and collaborative problemsolving. Her expertise as a
Dyslexpert, she has supported countless teachers, families, and students in achieving
meaningful academic growth.
A proud Brigantine, New Jersey native and lifelong Philly sports fan, Chantelle played
collegiate field hockey at Neumann University, an experience that shaped her
teamworkfirst mindset and leadership style.
She now resides in Oakland Park, Florida with her husband, Brandon, and her teenage
daughter, Mia. When she’s not teaching or tutoring, you’ll find her riding her bike,
practicing yoga, watching the sunrise, or reading on her porch with her dog, Max.
Chantelle believes every child deserves instruction that meets them exactly where they
are and helps them grow with confidence. She brings that heart, intention, and expertise
to every student she works with.
